Access
Parking is required at the property in order to carry out the work.We can clean in flats and apartments. A lift is favourable but if you have stairs we charge an additional £20.00. This is because of the extra time and care we have to take getting lots of heavy equipment into your property opposed to a ground floor property.

Access to water and electric is required to carry out work.

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down soil and general spots for a more thorough clean.

Depending on the fabric/carpet a soft brush or more aggressive mechanical rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil.

The carpet/fabric is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system capable of temperatures up to 110 degrees c leaving the carpet/fabric pH neutral and free of any cleaning detergents.

Also known as “Scotch Guard” Once applied forms an invisible shield on your carpets and furnishings, making spills and stains easier to remove.
